Thạnh Nguyễn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they began their career as a Software Developer at Bkav Corp. They then worked as a Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd, where they spent time as an intern before being promoted to a full-time position. From 2015 to 2016, Thạnh worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Ulsan. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Research Engineer at BNF Technology Inc., where they developed backend and admin webpages for nuclear power plant monitoring applications. In 2018, Thạnh joined Daliworks, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they maintained and extended an AngularJS IoT platform and developed IoT monitoring dashboards using React Native and Reactjs. Their most recent role was as a Frontend Developer at Kmong, where they created mobile apps and an admin website using technologies such as ReactNative, MobX, and Firebase. In 2022, Thạnh started working as a Frontend Developer at 3i Inc.

Thanh Nguyen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology between 2008 and 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Ulsan from 2015 to 2016.
