David Portnoy

David Portnoy is an Associate in Investor Relations at 3i Members since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in the field from previous roles at TCV as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Investor Relations from June 2023 to June 2025. Prior experience includes a position in Portfolio Valuation & Fund Advisory at Houlihan Lokey in 2022, a Multi-Family Office role at Balentine from 2021 to 2022, and trading and brokerage at Marex in 2021. Additionally, David Portnoy gained venture capital experience at Automotive Ventures from 2020 to 2021. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Finance and Information Systems and Operations Management with a focus on Quantitative Sciences from Emory University, as well as a semester exchange at Bayes Business School, and a high school diploma from East Brunswick High School.
