Lindsey Hockley

Lindsey Hockley has a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with their most recent role being Human Resources Director at 3i Group plc since 2023. Prior to that, they held positions as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager at the same company. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing the recruitment budget, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with agencies. Lindsey also played a key role in launching 3i's Graduate Recruitment Programme. Before joining 3i Group plc, Lindsey served as HR & Recruitment Manager at Sigaria from 2008 to 2014.

Lindsey Hockley attended Nottingham Trent University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Law. Prior to that, they studied at Mascalls School from 1996 to 2003. Lindsey also holds a certification in Dare to Lead Training, which they obtained in 2023 from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution.
