Thomas Hagen

Thomas Hagen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Chief Architect and founding partner at 3LC.AI since July 2022, Thomas has previously held significant roles including Research Development Software Engineer at Bluware from July 2019 to June 2022, and CTO at Headwave, Inc. from July 2012 to June 2019. Thomas's career began as a Research Development Software Engineer at Funcom, with preceding leadership experience as CTO and founding partner at multiple companies, including Hue and Innerloop Studios.
