Aaron Siedband is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand strategy and portfolio management. Currently serving as the Brand Strategy, Governance and Communications Manager for the Safety & Industrial Group at 3M, Aaron has a proven track record in developing global marketing strategies and driving profitable growth for the Nexcare™ Brand. With a foundation built on a selective leadership development program at 3M, previous roles include Senior Asset Manager at Energy BBDO and Senior Systems Consultant at CS STARS, LLC, where exceptional client service and project management were paramount. Aaron holds an MBA in Brand and Product Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
