Aimee Tripp

Aimee Tripp has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Aimee began as a Talent Specialist at Pro Staff and has held various roles such as Human Resources Intern and Talent Manager. Aimee subsequently worked at SHL in multiple capacities, including Consultant and Senior Project Manager, before moving to Amazon as a Senior Program Manager focused on Global Hiring Science and Executive Talent Management. In January 2025, Aimee joined Hogan Assessments as a Senior Consultant in Talent Solutions and is currently employed as the Manager of Talent Management at 3M. Aimee holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
