Caroline M.

Caroline M. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Caroline currently works as the Canada Human Resources Manager & Capital Markets HRBP at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. starting from December 2022. Prior to that, Caroline was a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, an invitation-only organization for senior HR executives and leaders. Caroline held this role from July 2021 onwards. Before joining the council, Caroline served as the VP of People & Culture at Canada Pooch Ltd. from January 2021 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in various HR positions. Caroline held the title of Senior Human Resources Specialist from January 2020 to November 2020, Human Resources Specialist from January 2019 to January 2020, and Human Resources Assistant from October 2017 to January 2019.

Caroline M. began their education in 2012, attending Queen's University. Caroline completed their Bachelor's Degree Honours in Psychology and Gender Studies in 2016.
