Alayna Parent, CPIM, possesses a strong background in supply chain and operations management, with pivotal experiences at MSU Residential and Hospitality Services and 3M. At MSU, Alayna managed inventory databases and addressed customer inquiries, while at 3M, Alayna executed cost-saving initiatives through implementing Lean methodologies and led cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. In the role of Production Planner, Alayna effectively scheduled production units and managed inventory for semi-finished goods contributing to substantial sales figures. Alayna's achievements also include a successful rotational program at 3M, resulting in significant working capital savings and a Green Belt Certification. Currently serving as a USAC Supply Planner within the Home Improvement, Consumer Safety & Well-being Division at 3M, Alayna continues to leverage expertise in supply chain optimization. Alayna is a graduate of Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
