Alisha Nelson

Alisha Nelson has a robust background in supply chain management and continuous improvement, with significant experience at 3M spanning from 2008 to the present. As a Supply Chain Analyst, Alisha managed demand and supply planning for substantial product lines, achieving a 76% forecast accuracy and leading a successful inventory improvement project. Progressing through various roles, Alisha has served as a Global Process Owner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Customer Experience Service Leader, Project Management Office Leader, and currently as a Program Manager, consistently driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement initiatives. Alisha holds a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
