Ashley Kruse

Ashley Kruse is an experienced professional in human resources information systems, currently serving as the Global HRIS Technology Manager - Workday at 3M since January 2011. Over the years at 3M, Ashley has held various roles including Hire to Retire Technology Supervisor, HTR Workday Configuration Lead, and Global SuccessFactors Onboarding Team Lead. Prior to 3M, Ashley worked as a Consultant - SAP HCM Business Analyst at ThreeBridge Solutions and as an Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
