Balaji Raghavendra

Balaji Raghavendra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, distribution optimization, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Manager of Distribution Optimization and Science at 3M since July 2025, Balaji previously worked as a Data Scientist at Tapestry, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency for the North America distribution network through advanced analytics and team leadership. Prior to Tapestry, Balaji contributed to supply chain operations at Petco and improved distribution center workflows at Johnson Controls as a Business Analyst II. Balaji's career began at Tyco as a Systems Analyst, focusing on inventory management for North American expansion projects. Balaji holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
