Barbara Hauge

Barbara Hauge is an Operations Manager at 3M, where they have held several positions since joining the company. Previously, Barbara worked as an Industrial Engineer at Michelin and as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, providing supervision to the plant quality organization. They are also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, coaching Green Belts and delivering projects to achieve financial goals. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, earned between 1998 and 2002.
