Brian Harriger

Director - Digital Customer Platforms

Brian Harriger is an experienced digital leader with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Director of Digital Customer Platforms at 3M. In this role, Brian leads the development of a composable ecosystem for customer-facing applications. Previously, Brian held various leadership positions at 3M, including Director of Digital Experience Applications, Interactive Marketing Manager, Customer Intelligence Manager, and Digitization Manager, where significant contributions included enhancing 3M's digital presence and implementing key marketing automation systems. Prior to 3M, Brian worked as a strategic technical advisor at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and gained early experience in programming and IT consulting. Brian's foundation in technology began with a tenure in the United States Coast Guard as a First Class Petty Officer. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from SUNY Empire State College and a certification in Computer Programming from Marist University.
