Chris Gurchiek

Global Portfolio Manager - Personal Safety Division

Chris Gurchiek serves as the Global Portfolio Manager and Global Head of Integrated Marketing for 3M's Personal Safety Division since 2018, where responsibilities include driving demand generation and leading marketing teams worldwide. Previously, Gurchiek built the Integrated Marketing capability for 3M’s Safety and Industrial division in Latin America and managed global digital content for the Safety Division. Before 3M, Gurchiek held multiple roles at Newell Brands, including Sr. Brand Manager for Coleman and Director of Customer Marketing for the FDM channel, where leadership and marketing activation efforts significantly contributed to brand growth. Earlier career experience at Unilever involved traditional brand management across various brands, with upward mobility through five positions. Gurchiek is pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Management at the University of Minnesota and holds a BS in Business-Marketing from Indiana University.
