At 3M, Chris served as Senior Vice President for Customer Enterprise Operations and Global Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for the Safety and Industrial Business Group, demonstrating strategic thinking and budget management skills alongside additional proficiencies. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Managing Director & General Manager for the Industrial and Safety Business Group in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on team leadership and strategic initiatives.
