Claudia Kashiwakura

Claudia Kashiwakura is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and technical leadership with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Claudia serves as the Latin America Technical Leader in the Personal Safety Division at 3M, where responsibilities include overseeing all laboratories in Latin American countries (excluding Brazil and Mexico). Previously, Claudia held several key positions at 3M, including Latin America Lab Head, Industrial Business Group Lab Manager, and Technical Manager, managing R&D and technical services for multiple divisions. Claudia began her career at CUNO, where promotion from Application Engineer to Technical Supervisor occurred, and has also worked as an R&D Engineer at Unilever and IPT-Biotechnology Division. Claudia's educational background includes a graduation in Chemical Engineering from USP and multiple postgraduate and executive degrees in Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Strategic Innovation Management, and Marketing.
