Courtney Andersen is a supply chain executive with extensive experience in transforming global operations and driving manufacturing excellence. Previously, Courtney held leadership roles at General Mills, including Vice President of Supply Chain, where they oversaw a $4B+ operation and championed efficiency across the value chain. Early in their career, Courtney served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Brown-Forman and developed a solid foundation in engineering and maintenance roles at General Mills. Currently, Courtney is the Vice President of Supply Chain at 3M, focusing on enhancing efficiency and customer delivery within the Safety & Industrial business. Courtney is also a co-host of the "Courtney Supply Chains" podcast.
