Dave Klotz

Dave Klotz, PMP, is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Vice President of USAC Manufacturing Operations at 3M. With a strong focus on safety and employee engagement, they have successfully improved organizational performance through lean principles and digital connectivity. Previously, Dave held various leadership roles, including VP of Operations at Regal Rexnord and multiple management positions at Kennametal and General Motors, overseeing significant manufacturing operations and projects. They earned a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
