Isabel Hayes

Isabel Hayes serves as the dedicated point of contact and program manager of Belong’s D-SNP launches, including planning, communication, and execution. Isabel led operational strategies leading up to our D-SNP launch in 2023 and serves as a key contact for the plan. She currently supports other California-based work, including an engagement with CenCal, and has prior experience working with California healthcare organizations.

Prior to Belong, Isabel worked at Deloitte Consulting, where she led engagements with health systems and pharmaceutical companies. She partnered with executives on digital health transformations, focusing on mitigating change impact and providing multi-year strategic roadmaps. Isabel developed a gap analysis and impact assessment for a company’s recently acquired business unit that saved $30M and reduced high-risk impacts. Isabel also led the planning and execution of a state agency’s EHR implementation to 20K healthcare providers. Isabel has experience advising New York based FQHCs on federal and state policy impacts to community-based care.

She earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Georgetown University. Isabel resides in New York, New York.
