Duke Rodda has over a decade of marketing experience, currently serving as the Global Portfolio Manager for the 3M CLAW™ and Scotch™ Brands since August 2013. In this role, Duke leads brand strategy, manages P&L and volume forecasts, and oversees cross-functional teams to drive business growth and new product development, notably leading the commercialization of the new 3M CLAW™ Brand. Previous positions at 3M include Marketing Manager and Marketing Supervisor focused on various product portfolios, as well as a Marketing Strategist. Duke's career began as a Marketing Coordinator at the American Civil Liberties Union and included a role as an Associate Marketing Manager at General Mills. An educational background features an MBA in Consumer Marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Med and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis.
