Evgeny Marakhovsky

Evgeny Marakhovsky is currently the Director at Energia and has a substantial background in operations and manufacturing management. They previously served as a Manufacturing Manager at 3M Russia, where they were responsible for all manufacturing operations and new plant start-ups. Prior to that, Evgeny held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including Operation Manager for laundry and liquids operations and Eastern Europe Product Supply ER leader. They earned their degree in Electrical Engineering from the Russian Chemical Technological University and have advanced certifications in production processes and lean six sigma methodologies.
