Ethan Danner

Ethan joined UPG in 2013 as summer help running a CNC machine. Over time he learned how to operate multiple pieces of equipment and began overseeing departments. He ran the heavy glass department before helping to get the custom lami department off the ground. He oversaw building two for a little over a year and by January of 2020 he began to oversee all 3 buildings at their Butler location. He has spent time learning lean manufacturing and helping to implement that throughout the Butler facilities. Ethan helps direct product flow, controls day to day operations, and continues to learn and implement new ways to help their employees become more efficient and produce a consistently high-quality product.
