Hannah Foldes

Hannah Foldes is an accomplished professional in the field of talent management and organizational performance, currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Performance at 3M since February 2025. Prior to this role, Hannah held several key positions at General Mills from October 2018 to February 2025, including Senior Director of Talent Management and various Talent Director roles. Hannah's expertise was further developed at SHL, where leadership of a cross-functional team of 45 project managers and Ph. D. specialists was a notable achievement. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Gartner (formerly CEB) as Practice Director and Practice Manager, and roles as Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at PDRI. Hannah holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology and Anthropology from Macalester College.
