Hun-Jong (HJ) Kim is currently the Strategic Account Director leading the 3M Global Team across more than ten countries in the automotive sector, focusing on various segments including e-Powertrain and HMI & Sensors. They have extensive experience in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and financial analysis, complemented by strong leadership and team-building skills. Previously, HJ served as First and Second Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Army, and has held various roles at 3M since 2014, culminating in their current position. HJ is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Korea University.
