James Zhu

James Zhu currently serves as the Regional Information Security Officer for GCA at 3M, where responsibilities include leading the cybersecurity posture and implementing global information security policies. Prior to 3M, James held the position of Head of Global IT Governance, Risk and Compliance and Interim CISO at GLP, where foundational cybersecurity and governance frameworks were established. Additional experience encompasses senior management roles in IT governance and compliance at Lear Corporation and Johnson & Johnson, along with positions in auditing and project management at General Motors, AT&T, BOCI, Philips, and IBM. James Zhu achieved a Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University.
