Jeff Schneider has extensive experience in training and continuous improvement management, currently serving as the Training & CI Manager at 3M since May 2004, where responsibilities include the strategic development and deployment of Lean methodologies in manufacturing operations. Prior roles at Meier Tool and Engineering Inc. encompassed positions as Lean Six Sigma Coach, Training Supervisor, and Lean Implementation Leader. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked as a Project Manager and Training Specialist at Meier Tool and Engineering. From August 1993 to June 2000, Jeff also contributed to education as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Eden Prairie High School. Jeff Schneider holds an MAEd in Education from Hamline University and a BA in Mathematics and Education from St. Olaf College.
