Jennifer L.

Jennifer L. is a seasoned supply chain and operations management professional with over twenty years of experience. Currently serving as the Americas Planning Director at 3M, a global leader in innovation and manufacturing, they oversee the strategic planning and execution of the supply chain network in the region. Jennifer holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and leverages their expertise in manufacturing process improvement, business management, and people management to drive continuous enhancements across the organization. Prior to their current role, they accumulated valuable experience as a Supply Chain Manager and Human Resource Manager during their time with the US Army. Additionally, Jennifer is pursuing a Master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complementing their Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution.
