Ji Kim

Ji Kim currently serves as the Head of Global Demand Planning at NARS Cosmetics, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Ji held the role of Director of Global Sales and Demand Planning at Pat McGrath Cosmetics from May 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Ji spent several years at CHANEL, progressing through roles such as Team Lead for US Demand Planning and Senior Planning Manager for Chanel.com and Stand Alone Boutiques, where significant contributions included overseeing the US Demand Planning team, managing budgets, and implementing new planning software systems. Earlier experience includes positions at Macy's and Saks Fifth Avenue as a Merchandise Planner in various categories, and a foundational role as a Merchandise Planner at Randa Accessories. Ji holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Hunter College, as well as further education from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
