Karen Ko is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in B2B products, primarily within the Advanced Materials Division at 3M. Currently serving as the Division Sales Leader, Karen leads the Taiwan sales team, focusing on portfolio management and pricing strategy. Previously, they held various roles at 3M, including Marketing Manager for both the Advanced Materials and Abrasive Systems Divisions, where they managed product portfolios and executed marketing campaigns. Karen began their career as a Sales Engineer at Philips, where they honed their technical and sales skills. They hold a Master of Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in forestry from National Taiwan University.
