Kate Lusson is a skilled industrial designer currently serving as the Lead Industrial Designer at 3M. Kate previously held the position of Designer & Developer at Quality Bicycle Products from 2018 to 2025 and worked as an Industrial Designer at Victorinox Swiss Army from 2013 to 2017. With experience in industrial design internships at both the Materials Science Engineering Department and ATLATL Design in 2012, Kate developed a strong foundation in concept generation and client presentations.
