Katrina Hale is currently the Engineering Systems & Technology Director at 3M, where they manage technical efforts for the Process Information and Control Solutions group. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tuskegee University and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota. Previously, Katrina served as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to Midlands and held various engineering and management roles at 3M from 2000 onwards.
