Larissa Cole is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design and digital product development. Currently serving as Principal UX Designer at 3M since November 2021, Larissa previously held the position of Manager, Consumer Digital Product & UX Design at Fifth Third Bank, where leadership was provided for a digital product design team focused on enhancing consumer mobile and online banking experiences. Previous roles include Lead User Experience Architect at GE Aviation, where product architecture and design were directed to improve manufacturing processes, and Design Lead at U.S. Bank, where the transition from a paper-based auto loan application to a web-based experience was accomplished. Larissa has also contributed as a Digital Creative Director at various agencies and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in User Experience Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Syracuse University.
