Laura Gagnon

Laura Gagnon has extensive experience in supply chain and business process optimization, currently serving as the Director of Global Business Process Optimization at 3M since May 2010. Prior roles at 3M include Supply Chain Engineer, SAP MTD Core ERP Manager, SCM Master Data Manager, and SAP Logistics Data Specialist. Laura's expertise lies in SAP ERP supply chain preparedness, master data management, and supply chain optimization. Additionally, Laura worked as an IT Specialist and Business Analyst from 1994 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Morris, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
