Laura Galli is currently the Managing Director and Presidente e Amministratore Delegato of 3M Italia. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at 3M, Galli previously served as Vice President EMEA and held multiple positions including Business Manager for West Europe and Director EMEA for the Abrasive System Division. Galli played a key role in business development, sales, and marketing across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa throughout their career. They earned a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 1989 and 1993.
