Currently serving as the US and Canada Portfolio Leader for Biopharma at 3M since August 2010, LP is responsible for sales, marketing, and technical activities, focusing on strategic improvements and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Business Manager for Biopharma at Pall Life Sciences and Product Marketing Manager for HPLC Consumables at Varian, Inc., where LP drove growth strategies and market expansion.
