Luis Oliver

Luis Oliver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and finance, primarily with 3M since June 2009. Throughout a progressive career at 3M, Luis has held multiple leadership roles, including Channel Inside Sales & eCommerce Channel SIBG Manager for Latin America, Sales Excellence Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at BBVA Banco Continental and Movistar Negocios, where strategic customer engagement and analysis were key responsibilities. Luis holds an MBA from IE Business School and several diplomas in sales management and marketing, complementing a foundational degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
