Madeline Gragg

Madeline Gragg is an experienced marketing leader currently serving as Co-Owner of Minnelight Ventures LLC since 2019 and working as the SIBG Global Commercial Operations Leader at 3M. Previously, Madeline served as a Language Consultant in Tokyo, a Hall Director at the University of Michigan, and held various positions at 3M, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Global Connected Safety IOT Marketing Manager. Madeline earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and holds both a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Science from Truman State University.
