Marcelo Gandur

Marcelo Gandur serves as the Technical Manager for the Electronics & Energy Business Group at 3M, where they lead New Product Introduction R&D and Application Engineering. Previously, they held various managerial roles at 3M, including Commercialization and Innovation Manager and multiple business manager positions across diverse sectors. Marcelo began their career as a trainee at Shell, where they developed a new algorithm for hydrate simulation. They hold an MBA in Business and Technology Management for the Chemical Industry, along with a D.Sc. in Physical Chemistry and M.Sc. in Thermodynamics from esteemed Brazilian universities.
