Rishi Dixit (He/Him)

Rishi Dixit is the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Atlas responsible for innovating existing products/solutions and developing new practice areas/advisory, partnerships, and products to accelerate growth and market differentiation for Atlas.

He has spent over three decades of his life with large & and complex Fortune 100/500 organizations. From IT Sales and marketing, Fashion, Consumer Goods Manufacturing, Agency, and international trade, and over two decades with top 10 Life Sciences companies. He has successfully developed and led large and complex people, digital, and award-winning digital transformations, including patient-engagement products.

Rishi is a globally recognized thought leader with expertise in leadership, strategy, Portfolio, Program, Project Management, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Product management, Organizational transformations, and Service Management. He is a coach, mentor, and an AI aficionado

Rishi has a diverse education history spanning several years. From 1977 to 1986, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their high school education with a focus on business and commerce. Following that, from 1985 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at Delhi University specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In 2008, Rishi attended Villanova University, studying Project Management. Later, from 2009 to 2014, Rishi attended Thomas Edison State University, where they studied Organizational Leadership Sciences. This degree in Organizational Leadership further solidified their knowledge and skills in this field.

Additionally, Rishi has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional development. These certifications include "Organizational Transformation I" from the Project Management Institute in June 2020, "EQ Practitioner" from 6Seconds in October 2017, "Creativity, Innovation, and Change" from Penn State University in November 2015, "Customer Analytics" from Wharton Online in October 2015, and "ITIL V3" from EXIN in March 2012.

Furthermore, Rishi has a "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute, acquired in April 2008. Rishi volunteers and partnered with them to be an expert on the "PMI: Organizational Transformation – Micro-Credential" training program.

Rishi also holds an "E-learning Instructional Design Certificate" from ASTD.
