Michał Żurowski

Michał Żurowski is a Team Leader in the Design Operations Team at 3M, where they have been since late 2021, overseeing a team of over 15 members focused on packaging graphics for the EMEA region. Michał spent the earlier part of their career at 3M, beginning as a Packaging Data Analyst, where they contributed to the implementation of an SAP ERP system in Poland and supported deployments across Europe. Subsequently, they transitioned to Coordinator of the Packaging Data Analyst Team, developing leadership and analytics skills, including expertise in Excel and VBA. Michał also holds experience from PIK S.A. as a regional manager and from Dom finansowy Horyzont as a mortgage consultant.
