Mohit Kapoor

Mohit Kapoor is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience at 3M since 2005, currently serving as Head of Marketing Operations for India, ANZ, and SEA regions, where responsibilities include governance and execution of channel incentive programs. Kapoor has held various roles at 3M, including Head of Marketing Operations India & Compliance Lead Asia, Business Manager for Food Safety & Drug Delivery, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on pricing, customer incentive programs, and strategic business planning. Prior to 3M, Kapoor worked at Hero Honda Motors Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Marketing. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Marketing & IT from FORE School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from Meerut University.
