Nagraj Koneripalli

VP of Sustainability, Transportation & Electronics Business Group at 3M

Nagraj Koneripalli is the current Vice President of Sustainability for 3M's Transportation and Electronics Business Group. Nagraj has also served in various executive leadership roles for the Tata Group and 3M.

Koneripalli began their career with 3M in 1997, working in business and marketing roles for the company's Performance Materials division. In this role, they were responsible for lithium battery components for electronics and automotive markets, as well as specialty chemicals for industrial markets.

In 2008, Koneripalli left 3M to join the Tata Group. Nagraj served as Executive Vice President for the company's Agriculture and Aerospace businesses. In this role, they were responsible for leadership roles in Tata Advanced Systems (Tata's aerospace business) and Rallis (Tata's agrochemicals business).

Koneripalli returned to 3M in 2011, taking on the role of Vice President of Sustainability for the company's Transportation and Electronics Business Group. In this role, they are responsible for leading 3M's sustainability efforts across its transportation and electronics businesses.

Nagraj Koneripalli has a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Minnesota, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Nagraj also has a High School Diploma from Kendriya Vidyalaya (Trimulgherry).

Nagraj Koneripalli reports to Ashish K. Khandpur, Group President, Transportation & Electronics. They work with Wendy Stanton - VP, Transformation & Technology, Transportation and Electronics Business Group, Jason Purdue - VP Global Supply Chain - Transportation and Electronics Business Group, and Massimiliano Profico - CFO, Transportation & Electronics Business Group.
