Nick Skwiat

Nick Skwiat has a significant work experience starting in 2005, where they served as an Engineering/Operations Manager at Lear Corporation. Nick then joined Visteon Corp in 2006 as a Senior Manager - Global Mfg Eng. In 2011, they transitioned to IAC Group and held various roles including Plant Manager, Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President & President, North America. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Senior Vice President Manufacturing Operations at 3M starting in 2023.
