Nicolas Echeverri

Nicolas Echeverri is a seasoned professional at 3M, currently serving as the Global Digital Solutions Leader for the Automotive Aftermarket Division. Since May 2012, Nicolas has spearheaded initiatives such as the launch of 3M™ RepairStack™ and the acquisition of LeanTec software, demonstrating a strong capability in product strategy and P&L management. Previous roles include Design Director in the Construction and Home Improvements Division, where a 15-member team achieved significant product launches, and Senior Design Manager for the Home Environments Business Unit, notable for developing the highly rated Filtrete™ Smart App. Nicolas's early experience at 3M includes positions as Senior Industrial Designer and Industrial Designer, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Transportation Design from Istituto Europeo di Design and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
