Olivia Fan, CPIM, is an accomplished Supply Chain Analyst with a strong background in international business, material planning, and customer operations. Previously, they served as an Executive Team Leader at Target, where they supervised large teams and drove sales initiatives. Recently, Olivia worked at 3M in various roles, including Supply Chain Analyst and International Business & Export Supervisor, where they focused on optimizing logistics operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. They hold two Bachelor of Science degrees in Supply Chain Operations Management and Marketing from St. Cloud State University and are committed to continuous learning and process improvement in the supply chain field.
