Oznur Basaran serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Enterprise Supply Chain at 3M, a role held since February 2020, which involves collaboration with the Group President and nine Senior Vice Presidents in overseeing a global workforce of 44,000 across 110 factories and 95 distribution centers, supported by a high-performing HR team of 155 professionals.
