Tracy Yelencsics

Tracy Yelencsics is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Conduent. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Global Brand at Xerox from December 2011 to December 2016. In this role, Tracy managed Xerox's global brand, including brand strategy, development, activation, trademarks, naming, acquisition branding, and licensing. Tracy was also responsible for successfully building a brand community to drive brand advocacy across the company. Additionally, Tracy rebuilt the brand function through the development and launch of a new enterprise brand platform, brand identity, employee training for 15,000 employees, and a company-wide brand portal and review tool. Lastly, they led client experience strategy, design and content for three Client Briefing Centers and directed center operations to deliver an exceptional brand experience for 10,000 visitors per year.

Before their role as Vice President of Global Brand, Tracy served as Vice President of Graphic Communications Marketing at Xerox from May 1991 to June 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading Xerox's graphic communications marketing efforts globally.

Tracy Yelencsics has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Tracy also has certification from Xerox in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
