Ravi Viswanathan possesses extensive experience in procurement and sourcing management, currently serving as Global Procurement PMO at 3M since March 2010. In this role, Ravi has held various titles, including eCommerce Manager for APAC and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, showcasing expertise in business sourcing and new product development. Responsibilities have included managing sourcing activities for production, packaging, and outsourced materials, as well as leading initiatives for localization in India and the APAC region. Prior to 3M, Ravi worked at GE Healthcare, where significant contributions included leading sourcing for fabrication and machining, managing localization projects, and developing critical components for international teams. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Sir M Visveswaraya Institute of Technology.
