Scott Blanchard

Scott Blanchard is a results-driven, transformative leader currently serving as the Global Business Director at 3M Company. With a 32-year career, Scott has developed extensive experience across diverse businesses, functions, and geographies, successfully leading and mentoring high-performance teams. Scott has previously held positions at Dow and various roles at 3M, including Business Manager and Marketing Director. Scott earned a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western University. Active in the 3M Mentorship program and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Scott is recognized for fostering trusted relationships and advocating for development opportunities.
