Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith has extensive experience in administrative roles, primarily within the human resources and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Workforce Planning Administrator at 3M since April 2006, Tracy has held various senior positions including Sr. Executive Assistant II in the CEO Office and Executive Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Victim Witness Specialist at the Polk County District Attorney Office and as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Travelers, focusing on employment law. Tracy is also a graduate of Century College with a certification as a Professional Secretary.
